Kathryn’s Harvest was born from a lifelong love of baking and a deep calling on my heart to serve others with intention, care, and faith. I have been in the kitchen for as long as I can remember, but some of my most meaningful memories come from learning to bake alongside neighbors who became like family to me. They welcomed me into their home, taught me everything from pies and breads to handmade sweets, and showed me that baking is about so much more than the finished product. It is about gathering together, creating lasting memories, and sharing love around the table.
That is the heart behind everything I do today.
I create sourdough specialty breads and baked goods using organic, high-quality ingredients, many of which are locally sourced from farmers here in the Central Valley. Each loaf goes through a long, intentional fermentation process that not only develops rich flavor but also creates a more nourishing and enjoyable product. I care deeply about what goes into every item I make because I believe food should both comfort and nourish the people we share it with.
But if I am honest, this business has never just been about bread.
My faith is at the center of Kathryn’s Harvest. I believe I am called to love people well, build genuine relationships, and bring light and encouragement wherever I go. Whether we meet for just a moment or over time, my hope is that you leave feeling seen, cared for, and uplifted. I believe some of life’s most meaningful moments happen around the table with family, friends, and the people we love most, and it is an honor to create something that becomes part of those memories.
I value every interaction I have with my clients and community. I lead with integrity, empathy, and compassion, and I always strive to serve others the way I would want to be served. To me, excellence is not about perfection. It’s about being present. It is choosing to do things with care, honesty, and heart, even when no one is watching.
Nothing I make is rushed. Each bake is made with intention, not urgency. Each ingredient is chosen with purpose. Everything I create is meant to bring comfort, nourishment, and a sense of connection.
Because at the end of the day, I am not just sharing bread.
I am sharing something that was first given to me: warmth, love, hospitality, and the kind of care that stays with you long after the moment has passed.
